We offer a 30-day return policy for unused rackets in their original packaging with the plastic wrap still on the handle. Please note that custom-strung rackets may be subject to specific conditions.
Do Karakal rackets come with a warranty?
Yes, all Karakal rackets are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. This does not cover string breakage or damage caused by impact with walls or other rackets.
